Partner Enablement Program Manager
Deepwatch is currently seeking a Partner Enablement Program Manager for our growing sales team and expanding channel ecosystem. You will be a pivotal figure in the development and execution of a comprehensive training program for all channel partners that will position them to succeed within our channel ecosystem and aid in achieving company goals. The primary aim for this role is to collaborate with our Channel, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success and Operations teams to develop a systematic approach to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the channel sales organization. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, collaborative, a strong communicator, and passionate about working with new employees to help them excel. Your role will provide excellent sales insight and training to the team and help accelerate our path to redefining an exciting industry.
Position Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and maintain the channel partner onboarding and ongoing sales enablement program
  • Build world-class training curriculum for partner sales teams, including content and support of repeatable training courses with focus on sales and technical pre-sales learning tracks
  • Work with Channel Leadership to determine sales skills and/or product knowledge gaps where training would make an impact
  • Develop and deliver compelling training material with Subject Matter Experts to align marketing message to sales solutions
  • Partner with Learning & Development team to build comprehensive plans within the Learning Management System (LMS) (communications, training, knowledge checks, etc.) to support knowledge retention
  • Partner with the Marketing team to build out sales and technical learning tracks in the form of recorded content
  • Partner with Channel, Marketing and LMS teams to integrate recorded learning tracks into the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform
  • Partner with Channel and Marketing teams to develop/support learning gamification
  • Track progress through learning activities, milestones, and assessments, and to ensure partner sales reps are meeting benchmarks and to assess sales readiness and learning/development needs
  • Measure, analyze and report the impact of onboarding programs on key productivity indicators
  • Leverage your quantitative skills to interpret data and gain insights and then translate into actionable improvements
  • Maintain consistent cadence and calendar of partner training and sales enablement
  • Ad hoc requests for channel development support, as necessary

Requirements
Required Experience, Skills and Knowledge

  • Minimum education - Four-year BS or BA degree; Advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of proven experience working cross-functionally in a matrix-oriented environment with Channel, Sales, Sales Training/Development/Enablement, Marketing, Operations, Product Management within an organization
  • Experience in curriculum development, training and delivery
  • Strong, operational experience with LMS solutions (i.e. BrainShark)
  • Strong, persuasive speaking skills with an ability to influence at all levels
  • Relationship builder; dynamic, proactive, respected; good listener; values input and stimulates candid dialogue; positive attitude and a sense of humor; personally successful
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Ability and interest to work remotely from a home office (primary) when not at a corporate office
  • Flexibility to support multiple time zones as needed
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen in accordance with applicable laws


Preferred Experience, Skills and Knowledge

  • Operational experience with Allbound PRM
  • Experience and creativity relative to learning/training gamification


Colorado* Candidates :
Minimum salary of $96,000 + bonus + commissions + stock options + benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
*Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when working remotely from the state of Colorado.
