General Summary
The Operations Program Manager will work with RFFE engineering teams including design engineers, manufacturing engineers and manufacturing suppliers to produce best in class RF Front End Solutions. The OPM will manage inventory for the module assemblies, including all piece parts, IC die to include Power Amplifiers, Switches, Low Noise Amplifiers, passive components, filters and substrates. The candidate will integrate with the Program Manager, Program Analysts, Design Team, Supply Chain Management and Sales Operations teams to allow them to execute on the project and meet customer requirements. There will be a focus on process efficiencies that can be applied across the RFFE module teams. This position works closely with local Proto Assembly Lines, offshore SATs, Product and Test Engineering, Package and Reliability teams and the IPS group to ensure on time delivery, evaluation and launch of Front-End modules.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with Module Program Managers, Design Leads, Product Marketing Leads and Program Analysts to ensure that the project schedule is accurate with regards to IC die fabrication lead times, BE1/BE2 SAT assembly times, passive component (resistors, capacitors, inductors) manufacturing lead times, filter manufacturing lead times and up to date global shipping time estimates.
- Engage with module Program Managers, Design Leads, Product Marketing Lead, IPS Lead, PTE Lead, Reliability Lead and Supply Chain Management.
- Ensure that the module project milestone definitions, dates and material quantities are clearly identified and communicated.
- Identify supply delivery risks to the proposed project plan and insure these risks are documented.
- Engage with module Program Managers, Design Leads, Product Marketing Lead, IPS Lead, PTE Lead, Reliability Lead and Supply Chain Management to
- Provide weekly updates at the Module Program Management core team with regards to the status of supporting the project milestone delivery requirements.
- Proactively track the progress of all project main milestone and smaller quantity engineering build requests.
- Risks to meeting module sample deliveries to be highlighted/communicated when observed to the module core team.
- Expectation is that the OPM will propose a recovery plan where applicable.
- Escalation to RFFE BU management to be driven/tracked by OPM where a recovery solution cannot be determined at his/her level.
- Ensure that module BOMs are locked in time to allow successful delivery of supply per the project milestones. Escalation to be driven as required to ensure that BOM locks are completed on time.
- Ownership of the programs supply schedule.
- Single point of contact who maintains the ultimate responsibility/accountability for end-to-end supply line throughout NPI and until full CS Production handover.
- Manage all die/ICs, substrates, components needed.
- Manage orders placed, WIP status, commit status, etc. to share with BU / supply chain.
- Understands product attribute info used to project the supply line: Die/IC attributes: DPW, wafer size, geometry; Planning/sourcing attributes: lead times, yields, sourcing paths.

Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years Program Management or related work experience.
- 1+ years working with operating budgets, resources, and/or project financials.
- Advanced Excel skillset Macros, Pivot Tables and Vlookups.
- Experience with SAP EPR modules: ECC/SCM.
