Job Summary:
Ruggable’s Operations - New Product Introduction team powers Ruggable’s growth by taking new product lines and processes from concept to scale. The team’s Project Manager works with people across Operations and beyond to scope projects, create and manage detailed project plans, own cross-functional communication, and provide hands-on assistance for testing solutions! You are passionate about people and finding collaborative “win-wins” for the business. You are a quick learner with initiative to roll up your sleeves to execute tasks on time from start to finish, generating buy-in from stakeholders along the way.
What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of operational tactics & manufacturing capabilities for new product launches and cross-functional process changes
- Manage all project plans for new product launches, including production forecasts, immediate action items, etc.
- Collaborate with the rest of the Operations team and cross-functional counterparts
- Create project management plans and tracking tools to ensure successful and timely project completion
- Work with procurement to purchase any equipment needed for production
- Execute lean manufacturing improvements to effectively launch and scale new products
- Analyze new business decisions by gathering and validating key inputs and assumptions
What You’ll Need to Have:
Required:
- 1-3+ years of professional experience working in consulting, engineering, supply chain or manufacturing
- 2+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects end to end
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, unstructured environment with limited supervision
- Strong organization and planning skills with ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate
- An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Preferred:
- Conversational Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
