Mission Prototype Program Manager

As a program manager at Booz Allen, you'll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by leading the team. The Mission Prototype Program Manager will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for leadership as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As a leader in the JCC account you'll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client's mission. You'll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more.

You Have:

• 15 + years of experience of progressive responsibilities in Initiating, supervising, and developing requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs
• Experience performing technology management, program management, or test and evaluation for Science and Technology (S&T) or DoD weapon system programs
• Experience with project management, technical services, technology innovation and mission prototyping supporting DoD Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) program planning
• Experience with staff supervision, including Task Order project management and technical leadership
• TS/SCI Clearance
• Master's Degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience operating within the Pentagon/OSD, Military Service or Defense Agency, or Joint Staff environment
• Experience with Test and evaluation at a major DoD facility or test range level

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
