Overview
Responsible for the management of complex business processes, projects or programs. Responsible for driving a strategic project that may consist of senior management or other project managers. Responsible for delivering on time, within budget and within scope. Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, managing expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. May also be responsible for managing the ongoing maintenance and versioning of the project or program.
Job Description

• Manage the definition and coordination of large line of business projects or programs
• Manage the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure key project objectives, requirement, planning schedules, cost estimates are established
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Review high-level deliverables across the project or program
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Ensure that project reviews and quality assurance procedures take place
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Develop, implement, and maintain sound business practices
• Represent the business and the overall organizational interests when working cross departmental on projects/programs
• Review proposals and monitor technical needs and issues
• Coordinate internal resources, third parties and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure management is updated on project progress and outcomes
• Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Determine project innovation possibilities
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

• Experience in the direct management of large, complex projects
• Management experience required
• Thorough understanding of project and program management techniques and methods
• Excellent knowledge of resource management principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program and project management software (MS Project)
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
