In a nutshell
We are looking for an ambitious and pioneering Manager to provide leadership to our rapidly growing Digital Transformation consulting practice and work with cutting-edge technologies and interesting companies in a wide variety of fast-paced and exciting environments. This role will drive the day-to-day operations of the Digital Transformation practice, including resourcing for projects, hiring, and growing a talented team of technologists, while also contributing to project delivery and sales. You will enact the long-term vision with unprecedented opportunities to impact the continued growth of the consulting organization. The ideal candidate will have a program management mindset and focus on communication, detail, and driving toward results.
About you...

  • You have deep experience in areas such as: Digital transformation, Analytics, Project Leadership, Technology Innovation
  • You have deep understanding of the Digital Ecosystem, robust experience in Digital Transformation, Advanced Analytics, Project Management, Digital Marketing, Digital Innovation and you want to be a key player in this field
  • You have a broad delivery capability that may span strategy, technology, and/or business but have a strong focus on technical implementations or enhancements
  • You are comfortable working under pressure and independently handling multiple projects or responsibilities and deadlines
  • You are a natural leader with strong communication and collaboration skills; able to navigate challenging group dynamics with consensus-building skills
  • You are a technology leader, and you diagnose complex business / technical challenges to implement innovative digital solutions with latest technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS)
  • You are committed to mentoring others and developing successful careers
  • You are recognized as valued trusted advisor in relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionals
  • You see yourself at the helm of a consulting practice, guiding a growing organization on a path that leads to successful clients and consultants


Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of leadership and management at a consulting firm
  • Experience delivering large Customer/Business Solution projects (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, customer insight...)
  • Experience implementing medium and large-scale cross-functional solutions, which have both business and technical focus (or ideally right in the middle)
  • Demonstrated experience and interest in contributing to sales conversations, driving proposals, and framing solution estimates
  • Understanding of and experience in systems development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies (i.e. Lean, Waterfall, Agile)
  • Passion for delivering successful projects; results oriented, with a proven track record of increasing team's velocity and effectiveness.
  • Extensive client account and project management experience with demonstrated ability to plan and manage the execution of custom development projects and complex client engagements
  • Managed multiple project teams and oversee all aspects of the SDLC or solution implementation including estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecting, developing, testing, issue/risk management, change control and delivery
  • Experience with C-level client relationship building and management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain solutions, provide alternatives and have difficult conversations at executive levels


Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in software engineering and/or data analytics
  • Experience building and managing to a P&L
  • Experience running internal practices and resource management
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree from a leading program
