As a Manager, Digital Program Management, you will be an integral part of our team by managing and optimizing paid search, paid social and programmatic campaigns.  In this role, you will provide insightful analysis and reporting as well as participate in strategic discussions with the team to achieve online marketing success for our clients.

What you will do:

  • Manage a small team of digital analysts (1-3 analysts)
  • Manage workflow and timeliness of team deliverables, lead weekly Squad standups, and manage team process development and documentation
  • Monthly campaign reporting reviews and audits
  • Emails monthly reports to client teams and answer reporting questions pertaining to report structure
  • Campaign Management Tracking including budget tracking and campaign duration tracking
  • Training new Digital Analysts on campaign build and campaign reporting processes
  • Works with the Consumer Strategy team on WorkFront project template and process updates
  • Works with QA team on campaign build process improvements
  • Attends bi-weekly Integrated Project Management meetings and give a status update of the digital squad processes
  • Work with the Lead Digital Marketing Strategist to:
    • Develop digital product beta program timelines
    • Monitor progress of beta testing
    • Develop training (team and internal stakeholder) collateral for new digital products
  • Meet weekly with Director(s) of Digital Marketing services to provide updates on: client projects (highlight any potential escalations) and program workflows (what’s working, what’s not working, are there any roadblocks)
  • Respond to internal stakeholders’ emails within 24 hours. If the email’s questions cannot be answered within a 24-hour timeframe, respond acknowledging their request was received and give a timeframe for when an answer will be provided.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in executing paid media campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Ability to self-teach and pick up new concepts quickly
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with advanced analytics reporting and managing large data sets
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics. Tableau and Google Data Studio experience is a plus
  • Technical expert level knowledge of strategy, planning, and buying within the programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, and Ad Networks) Trade Desk experience is ideal
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
