VillageMD is seeking a Manager, Program Management to serve as the programmatic lead overseeing documentation of pipeline, schedule, proposed clinic open dates, milestones and all program wide critical path events.

How you can make a difference

  • Assumes a lead role in the programming and planning of milestones for newly approved clinic projects.
  • Drives high-level planning, coordination and critical path milestone tracking for the construction organization.
  • Conveys critical path milestones to company leadership and stakeholders.
  • Oversees high level critical milestone dates.
  • Identify, track and manage risks for program related functions (i.e. construction delays, etc).
  • Track and report on key milestones and business metrics. Provide regular and ad hoc status updates on schedule, scope, and program outcomes.
  • Manage and revise as needed Program Playbook.
  • Able to make independent judgments related to program execution strategy.
  • Trains and develops VillageMD project team members in the skills and understanding of firm procedures, methodology and practices expected for a successful program implementation.
  • Ensures that VP and Directors are fully and accurately informed of all project, internal and client issues.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement within the company and teams.

Skills for success

  • Ability to regularly communicate analyzed data to client and team to achieve strategic account project goals.
  • Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and construction concepts.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, stakeholders, etc.).

Experience to drive change

  • 5-10 years of experience as Senior Manager, PMO Lead, Program Lead or Retail Roll Out Director in multi site roll outs.
  • Previous experience effectively supervising, training, mentoring and evaluating talent at various levels within the organization or team.
  • Ability to lead individuals across a national platform to deliver superior results in client service.
  • Face to face and/or remote daily interpersonal interaction is usually required in order to perform the job.
  • Travel as needed, role is expected to be Remote Work, minimal construction site visits.
  • Experience with Smarthsheets and/or PowerBi.
