We are a small, focused team who is continuously driving improvements by embracing a learning and experimentation mindset, working to make Global Business Services processes and tools world-class and admired by others. We are leading transformation across the Source-to-Report processes and technology to create a seamless digital procurement experience for our employees, enhance performance and manage risk across our suppliers and strategic partners, and drive scale and impact for One Intuit.
Qualifications
We are looking for an individual who can quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout Finance and Intuit more broadly and is viewed as a team player. GBS CI PMO acts as a model of leadership and we expect exceptional leadership skills and business decorum.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have the following:
- BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. MBA or Master's degree desirable.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desirable.
- Ten+ years of Technical and Functional Program Management experience, including 8 or more years leading complex SaaS programs and M&A integrations.
- Deep demonstrable Functional end-to-end expertise within Source to Report, Contracts, Procure to Pay, 3rd Party Risk Management, Compliance & Controls.
- Skilled at building relationships (senior leaders across Finance and a broader organization) to drive organizational priorities.
- Excellent leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels.
- Conflict management expertise. Able to effectively resolve conflicts between individual needs and requirements of the organization and across multiple teams with differing business requirements
- Outstanding communication skills (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experienced in managing or coaching Senior and Staff Program Managers.
Responsibilities
As a Principal Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams in multiple projects that span across the GBS organization and other Intuit teams. Driving outcomes with speed, change management with excellence, and enhancing our ability to scale GBS's impact across Intuit.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Drives and manages the execution and delivery of complex multi-year programs that support GBS and the broader Finance priorities; from initiation through delivery, by using a structured approach and establishing accountability; directing and providing functional or technical expertise to the project team, to achieve optimal results.
- In collaboration with the GBS change management and Training team, develop and execute thoughtful change management and communications plans to drive adoption of the transformational changes we are driving, to achieve GBS priorities.
- Execute and manage all GBS planning and execution of Merger & Acquisition activities as part of GBS and a broader cross functional M&A team. Continuously refine and improve the existing GBS playbook to enable speed to execution, while delivering the best experience for the target company and Intuit.
- Lead and drive GBS systems integration when required, by partnering with other Finance and Technology teams.
- Lead and drive process standardization by partnering with other GBS leaders across their respective verticals.
- Build and manage the GBS multi-year project roadmap, creating key performance indicators (KPI's) to measure, monitor and report out on project health, progress and progress towards achieving GBS priorities.
- Own key GBS CI PMO Operating mechanisms to effectively manage our projects, provide visibility to leadership and drive team engagement.
