About the team:
The Managed Services group is leading the charge at FIS to provide our customers with fully managed IT services for financial and insurance systems, reducing their operation and maintenance costs and freeing them to do what they do best in many exciting industries around the world.

• This role will require the Optimization Team Manager to oversee the optimization team globally and report into our Managed Services function.
• This role will contribute to day to day management of the optimization team and help to ensure they are delivering consistently good services to our customer base.
• In addition, you'll be working closely with key stakeholders in our Managed Services, Platform Services, Client Experience and Professional Services teams to develop a broader knowledge of our business and an understanding of the team contribution.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree
• Establish effective working relationships with other business leaders across the organization
• Develop, enhance and monitor work to a streamlined process to ensure that all actions are implemented to the expected standards
• Gather user and business requirements in order to position us to provide a world class service
• Develop metrics to identify trends and determine root causes to continual improvement process
• Design and document a standard framework of processes and policies to increase efficiencies and minimize errors, enhancing the overall customer experience
• Lead a team involved with reviewing existing client systems, planning and documenting changes and working with partner teams to implement solutions to meet the clients business requirement and providing outstanding an client experience
• Manage the team and set clear concise goals to contribute to the continual growth of team members and drive them to succeed
• Accountable for our managed services optimization team
• Drive the optimization team to deliver on their goals
• Able to manage geographically dispersed teams with multi-cultural understanding
• Able to communicate difficult or complex ideas clearly, often to multiple stakeholder audiences
• Able to develop relationships and manage proactively senior level stakeholder expectations and demands
• Work with the other group leaders to ensure cohesion in our processes
• Identify knowledge gaps and provide training to bridge those gaps
