Work you'll do
- Organize and deliver services on cross- section of complex projects
- Actively participate in development of business and vendor relationships
- Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process
- Participate in pre-sales, proposal, and RFP initiatives
- Manage project(s) financials including development of financial plans
- Provide Counseling & coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff
- Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities and provide input and guidance into the staffing process.
This position is responsible for the implementation and management of the transformation efforts that relate to the successful implementation and operations of Developmental Disability and Acquired Brain Disorder (DD/ABD) case management system. This position is critical to managing the implementation and future operations of multiple transformation efforts that affect DD/ABD service delivery system, Home and Community Based Waivers, fiscal operations, supporting technology, and the stakeholders (Area Agencies, BDS staff, consumers, families, and providers). This position serves as the lead for the planning, implementation and management of the transformation efforts and once implemented, ongoing management of critical operational processes and interactions with stakeholders. Responsibilities include working with BDS staff and Area Agencies to ensure that transformation activities are complete and that the necessary functionality exists in LTSS to meet the processing needs of the BDS.

Some areas that we focus on include Children Services, Eligibility & Enrollment, Child Support Enforcement, and Labor & Workforce Development.
Qualifications
Required:
- 8 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- 8 years of experience in Health and Human Services transformation projects; preferably with knowledge in LTSS
- 3 years at a supervisory or management level.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Travel anywhere from 20%-50% may be required dependent upon client expectations
