Learning Management System Program Director
Key Role:
Lead the overall direction, coordination, and implementation of a large government program. Lead projects and programs, synthesize and analyze complex data, and work with the team to develop high-quality deliverables and actionable recommendations in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate and interface with senior client executives, internal senior leaders and teams, and teaming partners. Oversee execution of release project plan, including staffing, budget , and schedule, and monitor contract performance to include budget , disincentives, and deliverables. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with project and finan cia l management in learning te chn ology or HRIS support
- 5+ years of experience with leading teams, including a large team of subcontractors, in a collaborative and matrixed environment
- Experience with managing projects that include multiple workstreams requiring adjusting to shifting priorities and solving problems quickly
- Experience managing all aspects of large programs successfully, including schedule, cost, quality, and risk
- Experience as a primary interface with executive level clients, managing executive level communications, reporting, and development of programmatic strategies and plans
- Secret clearance
- BA or BS degree
- PMP and PGmP Certifications
Additional Qualifications:
- Possession of excellent client facilitation and presentation skills
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Top Secret clearance
