Overview

The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator I is a key member of the customer Learning and Development Team and is responsible for co-managing our corporate Learning Management System and other instructional technologies, ensuring the quality launch of new learning content (eLearning, microlearning, performance support tools, and webinars), and providing system support to internal stakeholders. 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Training & Development, and working closely in support of the company’s Senior LMS Administrator. The Administrator is responsible for uploading content, launching courses and curricula, maintenance, enrollment, reporting, and end-user support of the corporate Learning Management System.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Provides learning management system(s) support, including escalation to the LMS vendor as needed
  • Oversee backend processes related to the ZoomInfo University and our multiple Knowledge Centers
  • Upload individualized customer training content produced by Customer Learning & Development Managers
  • Refine and improve documented processes and standards as needed to establish consistent use of the system; maintain the LMS technical guides
  • Trains system Admins and end users on the basic use of the system’s functionalities such as reporting and navigating the learning site
  • Serve as main contact for end-user troubleshooting
  • Manage enrollment across customers and internal employees
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate problems with course design, LMS configuration, and infrastructure
  • Oversee the installation of all systems updates, integrated tools, and other software integrated within the learning management system; serve as primary point person for departmental scheduling program
  • Prepare and communicate internal reports on end-user course completions and usage
  • Makes recommendations on future improvements to content management, workflow processes, and user adoption
  • Develop reports and queries that are concise, intuitive, and actionable for organizational users
  • Other duties as assigned

 Required Education & Experience

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting, administering, and supporting a customer facing Learning Management System.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, rapidly adapt and respond to requests and timeline changes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to be flexible to manage situations or changing needs. Ability to research, analyze and provide a solution to newly identified issues.
  • Passionate about detail, organization, and accountability
  • Front-end web development skills, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Basic layout and design skills.
  • Experience and understanding of semantic HTML.
