As a Learning & Development Program Manager at Flexe, you will help us develop, plan, and facilitate a diverse offering of learning & development programs that support, enable, and uplevel our internal talent to meet business objectives. Joining a newly formed team, you will help shape what the future of learning and professional development looks like by being actively involved in several different employee lifecycle workstreams. Your ability to collaborate with stakeholders and peers across the organization will be key in ensuring we’re solving the right problems effectively. Reporting to the Manager, HR Programs, you will have a chance to utilize your multifaceted talents for instructional design, project management, and facilitation to make Flexe one of the premier companies for attracting, engaging and developing talent.

In This Role You Will:

  • Manage LMS administrative tasks including, but not limited to, content management, troubleshooting, QA testing of online content, system-level communication, enrollment and enrollment audits, and database reporting.
  • Manage learning program delivery, measuring results, and reporting on learning effectiveness through employee satisfaction, performance improvement, and ROI.
  • Support broader Programs team on large employee lifecycle initiatives by developing and curating tools, resources, or courses to support employees through change.
  • Design and develop learning resources according to adult learning theory and industry best practices including e-learning courses, presentation decks, job aids, infographics, and/or discussion guides.
  • Manage, update, and organize learning resources library and ensure consistency and accuracy across published content.
  • Co-facilitate virtual and on-site programs for New Hire Onboarding, new manager trainings, as well as a suite of ongoing professional development tied to key competencies expected as Flexe.
  • Co-facilitate train-the-trainer programs to ensure content facilitators are able to deliver programs with consistency, efficacy, and enthusiasm.
  • Identify and apply new technology and novel approaches to drive content and programs relevance and industry best-practices, while also incorporating Flexe’s mission, values, and inclusive culture to ensure learning program continuity.
  • When necessary, conducting needs assessments, documenting project scope, and building/executing/measuring learning programs that address business needs.
  • Continuous improvement of learning programs as needed, including creating SOPs, documentation, facilitator notes, and analyzing learning surveys to identify improvement opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience Learning Management System administration and large scale program management
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in building e-learning and in person programming for fast growing tech company
  • Experience facilitating workshops to adult learners, including interpersonal competencies and/or leadership development
  • Demonstrated ownership of and consistent delivery on commitments; exceptional organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using G Suite
  • DiSC certified
  • Data analysis experience and the ability to understand how Learning’s activities and responsibilities play into the metrics that drive team success and impact the bottom line
