As a Lead Program Manager, you will use your program management skills to implement strategic initiatives for our Host community. 

The ideal candidate will have a sharp mind for solving problems in a pragmatic way. You have a strong talent for aligning goals across cross-functional teams by bringing structure, teamwork, and critical thinking. With a strong appreciation for program management principles, you assess organizational priorities, work through trade offs, and make decisions to keep the Hosting org focused. Ultimately, you are driven by the will to create an inclusive work experience for your program teams and nurture program success from inception to completion. 

Responsibilities:

• Daily program management throughout the product management life cycle
• Defining the program governance (controls) for product delivery
• Planning the program management framework of a product team
• Manage and communicate the product roadmap
• Managing risks, issues, and taking corrective measurements on key programs
• Coordinating cross dependencies between internal and external teams
• Managing and utilizing deliverables across projects
• Managing stakeholders’ expectations & communication
• Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome”
• Managing the program management documentation & deliverables such as the program charters, timelines, RACI charts, and communication plans

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8-10 years experience managing moderate to large sized projects/programs from initiation to launch within complex operating environments
• Strong knowledge in the product management discipline 
• Exceptional leadership, priority management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Outstanding working knowledge of project/program management principles and techniques
• Ability to work positively with cross functional stakeholders and align them on common goals
• Demonstrated track record working on ambiguous and unpredictable programs and creating structure and consistency
• Strong situational awareness and critical thinking
• Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems 
• Thrives in ambiguity in a fast-paced, hyper-growth organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified in at least 2-3 different program & project management methodologies such as, Scrum (CSM), SAFe (SPC, SA), PMI-PMP, SAPM, etc.
• Strong knowledge in product management & bringing product solutions to market
• Strong knowledge in user experience and design thinking principles 
• Previous experience establishing program management processes with product, engineering, and design teams
• Strong knowledge in program/portfolio management tools (Atlassian Suite, Asana, etc)

The starting base pay for this role is between $150,000 and $185,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: education, experience, and skills. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
