About the job
The Red Hat Information Technology Experience (ITX) Associate Experience team is looking for a Lead Program Manager to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will help create and manage ongoing associate experience programs and initiatives across the globe. You will collect feedback, tell a story, and provide associate feedback to ITX teams that will help promote overall success and improve associate IT experience. You'll communicate to stakeholders at different levels of the organization to promote collaboration and coordination. You'll also communicate status for multiple projects and monitor achievement of associate experience milestones. You'll need to be highly motivated, resourceful, and creative and have solid analytical skills. As a Lead Program Manager, you will provide the leadership to define the program, define the strategy, plan activities, and align with the ITX needs and requirements.
What you will do

  • Establish the ITX Associate Experience overall program structure, vision, and mission
  • Define the strategy for us based on available data that exists across the company
  • Develop and maintain solid associate network of relationships across the company
  • Work with other business teams to create metrics to measure the value of the programs and projects created, demonstrating the attainment of strategic goals
  • Ensure that the scope of the projects within the program aligns with business priorities
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and foster teamwork; guide escalation and resolution of issues
  • Provide technical expertise in planning, implementation, and leadership of the program, projects, and initiatives
  • Provide data around our associates' experience with IT and be able to tell a story to leadership
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and improvements for IT technology adoption across the ITX portfolio
  • Provide program reporting and status to senior management


What you will bring

  • 5+ years of experience working in a program management role
  • Previous experience working in a customer experience-focused role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
  • Ability to build relationships, delegate and empower team members, and collaborate with different functions in the organization
  • Ability to work effectively across a widely diverse management team, as well as a broad spectrum of internal partners
  • Extensive stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; solid interpersonal and leadership skills and analytical abilities

  • Ability to manage tasks and prioritize work on your own on multiple projects
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative, agile environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams that may have differing processes
  • Excellent creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Logical and efficient; keen attention to detail
