Position Summary

We are adding to our stellar team a Jr. Project Manager to support the Product and Development teams at Moov Technology. The Jr. Project Manager will partner directly with the Product and Development Team to build and execute Moov’s internal CRM tool, as well as improvements to our consumer facing website in order to increase the value of all Moov’s offerings. This position will also collaborate with key leaders to accelerate Moov’s hyper growth status.

Core Functions

• Assists product team in managing daily standups
• Coordinate meetings between relevant stakeholders
• Organize assets to insure proper efficiency around the development process
• Assist the product team with developmental resources as IQ grows
• Assist product team with miscellaneous daily tasks as needed
• Conduct user interviews to determine which features provide the most value
• Conduct analysis on competitiveness of potential features
• Keep customer-centric mindset to add features to Moov.co to improve customer value
• Investigate items that are currently assumed
• Collect data on industry questions to best answer known-unknowns
• Investigate a list of known unknowns that when answered will provide insights into “next direction” decisions.

• You have minimum 1 year of experience in product or project management
• You have helped grow a team from a few team members to many
• You have participated in researching on various topics
• You have interviewed customers to inform product decisions 
• You have a “roll-up-your-sleeves” startup mentality
• You have the ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
• You have a proven ability to drive business results without significant supervision.
