Citicorp Credit Services, Inc. (USA) seeks an IT Project Tech Lead for its Jacksonville, Florida location.

Duties: Plan, oversee, and execute technology projects across the lifecycle application process through implementation for Retail and Consumer Banking businesses. Use Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SaFe4.0, XP; HP ALM, Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Salesforce Classic and Lightning, Talend, KAFKA, Mainframe. Use Project lifecycle methodologies. Develop work plans and schedules, provide project estimates, conduct resource planning, and prepare status reports. Schedule and budget tracking. Ensure production support for development and delivery of a new Java Financial Platform (JFP) and ensure compliance with country and regional regulatory requirements. Communicate with stakeholders, facilitate, coordinate and arbitrate cross-functional macro level topics. Create project schedule, expense plan, budget tracking. Apply standard processes for scope/change management, risk management, issue management, quality assurance. Support project negotiations by providing subject matter expertise around Consumer banking products and project lifecycle methodologies. Track project time allocations and resource usage. Attend training and development classes for Technical Project Managers. Work in a matrix structure.

Requirements: Requires at least a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Applied Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, or related field and 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Consultant, Testing Analyst, Project Manager, Program Manager, Tech Lead, Testing Lead or related position involving IT project management for the financial services industry. 7 years of experience must include: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SaFe4.0, XP; HP ALM, Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins; Salesforce Classic and Lightning; Talend, KAFKA, Mainframe; Project lifecycle methodologies; Working in a matrix structure; Retail / Consumer Banking; Quality Assurance; Risk & Issue management; and Schedule and budget tracking.
