CSA+Capstone is seeking an IT Project Manager to support a Gov't client located in Arlington, VA.


This position is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities

  • Performs Project Management (PM) functions in accordance with PM best practices for integration of project initiatives, data analytics, contract management, and infrastructure & technology delivery support.
  • Provides IT Business Intelligence responsibilities, to include data analytics and contract analysis to prepare client for future consolidation of Navy Networks/Transformation/ and Cloud Environment.
  • Identifies, analyzes, tests, and tracks to resolution local/enterprise service support/technical issues through remediation in accordance with established best practices.
  • Applies technical and project management expertise in collaboration with other team members to develop requirements, identify tasking, manage project execution, recognize, report and remediate issues representing schedule risk.
  • Organizes, directs, coordinates, and communicates planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projects.
  • Oversees project execution, communicates risk, and completes project deliverables on time and within scope on behalf of the staff.
  • Provides IT service management support, to include: mobile service delivery (e.g., iOS, Enterprise Wireless), program technical execution (e.g., COI/Legacy Service Connection), and transition management oversight (e.g., Seat/OS Refresh | HW/SW troubleshooting | Network Transformation).
  • Provides support and guidance to customers, including: answering service, contract, and technical questions, providing recommended solution strategies to meet mission, and training on subject matters within AOR.
  • Supports IT Program Operations by acting as liaison on behalf of the client, vendor, and government IT personnel, in support of project execution. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • Ten (10) years of related experience.
  • Functional expertise with Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including drafting, reviewing, and editing technical graphs, briefs, or documents.
  • Evidence of being detail oriented with strong critical thinking in areas of IT process analysis / process improvement.
  • Possess excellent team skills having the ability to coordinate and work well with others.
  • IA Contractor Training and Certification and Computing Environment (CE) certification may be required at the task order level.
  • Secret clearance.
