The IT Project Integrations Lead will be hands-on and provide leadership throughout the lifecycle of Information Technologies projects. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with infrastructure, networking and datacenter migration projects with exposure to managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams. In addition, they will possess a solid understanding and experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies. The PM will be actively involved in requirements, analysis and designing solutions along with managing scope, schedule, and budgets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Customer Relationship & Implementation Services (CRIS) staff - from technical to executive level - to execute against project timelines throughout implementation lifecycle
  • Provide program leadership tied to infrastructure for internal systems and delivering solutions to customers
  • Own and facilitate program status and ongoing project meetings, including setting agenda, driving direction and decisions, documenting meeting notes, action items, owners and dates
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using department standard tools/templates
  • Create and actively maintain Project Plans, including issues, risks/mitigations, actions, assumptions and decisions (IRAAD), with noted dependencies, owners and timelines
  • Develop and deliver status reports, project schedules and presentations for visibility and transparency
  • Establish and maintain solid relationship with internal, external customers and 3rd party vendors
  • Ensure team awareness of project tasks and requirements, aligning to the program and project plans
  • Drive best-practices and documentation in support of repeatable processes
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of direct IT Technical Project Management experience, including:
    • Project Plan creation and management
    • Analysis of requirements and documentation
    • Stakeholder buy-in
    • Project Budget Management
    • Project Issue and Risk mitigation/resolution
    • Project Communication and follow-up
  • 12+ months of experience managing multiple technical projects of varying duration
  • Experience utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience actively demonstrating critical thinking within daily activities and across all program/project work
  • Experience effectively managing and communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Experience liaising and effectively communicating unified messages to manager, leadership and project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Experience identifying and managing program and project status, budgets/costs, dependencies and critical path
  • Experience proactively managing and communicating changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
  • Experience and ability to consistently time manage effectively across multiple projects in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Experience being flexible, and able to adjust when needed, to think in the moment and propose solutions to challenges
  • Solid experience utilizing SDLC and Agile methodologies to deliver projects
  • Understanding of Network and Systems technologies, including Microsoft email solutions


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or similar Agile Certification
  • Mergers & Acquisitions experience including integration work
  • Experience managing highly technical Infrastructure focused projects
  • Experience presenting to and/or facilitating conversations with executive level audience
  • Experience working in health care industry

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
