The Assistant Information Security Risk Program Manager will support the business in prioritizing and aligning IT risk management efforts with the overall business strategy, initiatives, and programs; and supporting the business in executing remediations to ensure positive outcomes for technology projects and security programs.

Responsibilities will include BIS & RM team portfolio management and reporting. Managing multiple unique incoming requests and backlog of active engagements including triage, prioritize, track, and monitor internal consulting engagements and initiatives as well as creating and maintaining internal project status reports and dashboards.

The selected candidate will also support the team leaders, as needed, with lightweight PMO and scrum support on various engagements including documenting engagement objectives, security, and risk mitigation requirements, coordinating and consulting with project owners and stakeholders and overseeing action items and deliverables.

They will also be assigned ad hoc special projects to act as a risk consultant or analyst to provide a risk perspective to various security enhancement and risk reduction initiatives including technology governance, risk and compliance action plans, legacy E*TRADE business as usual and integration efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of Program and Project Management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Confidence to interact with internal and external stakeholders across different departments at all levels of management
  • Working-level skills with Confluence and Jira, reporting and dashboards, agile scrum, IT audits and assessments are highly desirable
  • Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as an active member of project teams
  • Have a desire to use and develop both PM and GRC skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting multiple unique efforts across the business.
