The project managers will be responsible for simultaneously executing numerous security-related projects which are varied and highly complex in nature. These projects are providing critical transformational services supporting the Boeing Enterprise. The selected candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts and provide input to determine project scope, schedule and budget baselines based on an understanding of the system development lifecycle. They will negotiate changes to project baselines when needed, conduct research necessary to identify the best source of metric data, establish and report metrics to report progress toward organization goals.Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages numerous complex projects with various priorities and stakeholders
  • Develops and executes action plans for completing projects related to theenterprise's InfoSec priorities
  • Creates thorough and accurate reports and providing status updates on projects;presenting findings to senior leadership on a routine basis
  • Facilitates planning, review and production readiness sessions
  • Monitors project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Identifies and negotiates for necessary resources to meet project goals.
  • Develops and executes project communication plans.
  • Leads activities to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Identifies need for vendor-provided products and services.
  • Coordinates and oversees supplier activities.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate may be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • 3+ years leading Agile projects
  • 3+ years leading traditional waterfall projects
  • 2+ years of Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Project Management Professional Certification
  • Agile Project Management Certification
  • Certified Security Project Manager
