The RealPage Information Security team monitors and manages risks associated with threats and vulnerabilities faced by our infrastructure, platforms, and systems. We work closely with our teammates from IT, Product Development, and across the business to coordinate and execute our vulnerability management and incident response strategies and capabilities. WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Information Security Project Manager is responsible for the overall InfoSec project management program, providing leadership, coordination, and management of all in-flight projects. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), this position will support large initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders and span across corporate teams, IT, and external partners. They will be accountable for execution of programs and projects that require a high level of cross functional teamwork and are typically performed under time constraints. Responsible for program definition, resourcing, issue escalation, budget, risk management and delivery. Lead a team of resources including Business Analysts and Project Managers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate alignment of project pipeline and InfoSec and IT resources to ensure on-time, on-budget, with high quality, predictable project execution.
- Define, implement, and maintain project management strategies, procedures, processes, and methodologies.
- Define and evolve various operating models to manage large scale initiatives related to continuous improvement and ensure strategic alignment with InfoSec and IT
- Foster collaboration, strategic alignment and integrated planning and execution across different functions in a matrix organization.
- Design, implement, and monitor project and portfolio KPIs, metrics, leading indicators, trending, executive presentations, portfolio status reports, and trends.
- Responsible for maintaining tools for project planning, resource management, portfolio rationalization, labor reporting, and project management compliance.
- Manage a team of resources (Project managers, Business Analysts) in complex IT app systems environment.
- Managed cross-functional resources including technology experts on a project
- Global/International experience working in multi-cultural, multi-country environment.
- Proven track record of major project success and managing the backlog and active project portfolio of an enterprise
- Excellent client relationship management skills including influencing and forming relationships with a wide range of partners including senior management
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness.
- 2+ years of implementing Agile methodology/practice
- PMI-ACP certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years experience in a PMO or Project Management position driving initiatives affecting project management with IT Systems and/or Infrastructure.
- 3+ years directing staff
- Work experience in IT, including systems and/or infrastructure.
- Skills with necessary tools to produce project plans, budgets and presentations
