ABOUT THE TEAM 


The Launch Manager handles the entire onboarding experience for new partner agents joining Side. The LM ensures the successful stand up of their brand and business as well successfully launching them on our proprietary SaaS platform to help scale up their businesses with less manual work.


ABOUT THE ROLE 


The Launch Manager will focus on onboarding new partner agents at scale. You are joining Side at a foundational time as we begin to streamline and automate processes and experiment with different tools that will result in improved efficiency of onboarding news to be fully operational in under 60 days!


This is a strategic success role that requires an air of confidence and a proactive approach to ensure ease during this transition for our partner agents. You will work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams to ensure timely delivery of each step of the onboarding process including the implementation team for website and tech systems setup, the brokerage team for legal and regulatory compliance, the creative team to help build their brand, the success managers for account handoff, and several others.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the end to end implementation, including the client relationship and project plan, ensuring achievements and timeline expectations are finished on or ahead of schedule
  • Seek to completion the cross-functional processes that are key to the success and timeliness of each implementation and ensure outstanding experience
  • Ensure process and operating procedure documentation supporting current and future growth is effective and in place at all times
  • Utilize key metrics to evolve the service and quality of both the operations team and the overall programs we support
  • Collaborate on the design and deployment of company initiatives, assisting with requirements gathering, and helping find opportunities, risks, issues, and barriers
  • Provide expertise to operational teams on tools and approaches to automate and streamline key implementation processes including the sales to operations hand off, kick-off meetings, workflow audits, and training

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A STRONG FIT?

  • 3-4+ years experience in project management in a customer facing capacity
  • Management advising experience preferred
  • Experience in Project management software suite such as Microsoft project, Jira, Asana, etc
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce software suite
  • Consistent track record to focus on the big picture within a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment and draw similarities/analogies across various initiatives to deliver a coordinated, outstanding user experience
  • Seeks solutions, can-do demeanor, with empathy for the agent and internal partners
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to both internal and external partners
  • Capability to role model standard methodologies and mentor other team members
  • Analytics experience and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills preferred
  • Tried ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment with new challenges; start-up/growth environment experience preferred
  • Prior experience with product and/or services implementations/real estate industry preferred
