Patron Technology is looking for a client service minded and proactive Implementation Manager to join the team. Implementation Managers support our top tier clients and are the key to successful onboarding, on sales, and deployments. The Implementation Manager is a product expert in Patron Technology’s suite of ticketing products and cashless solutions, and collaborates with colleagues across all departments to ensure the client is trained, supported and equipped for long term success. We support some of the world’s largest events in the pop-up, convention, festival, and venue spaces, so the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and will have a passion for ticketing, education, and client success.

AS AN IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER, YOU WILL:

  • Be an expert in two or more Patron Technology products, specifically Showclix and Token
  • Manage top tier Client implementations; oversee and execute the internal delivery process as the main client contact or as part of a larger internal team to ensure on-time and on-target implementation
    • Work independently and creatively to deliver exceptional client service
    • Onboard and train clients on Patron Technology’s suite of products
    • Build events for clients and/or manage builds
    • Ensure smooth client transition post-implementation
    • Communicate value of the implementation process to clients
    • Collaborate internally with Client Support to execute event and venue build as needed
    • Review and approve all builds and deliverables prior to launch
    • Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Project Managers, Product, Sales Engineers, Design, Finance, Event Operations, Customer Care, and Marketing Services to ensure all aspects of Client Implementation are completed
    • Engage fully with Project Managers where applicable to provide status and details of builds; coordinate and manage timelines to ensure products are built and deployed to the project’s requirements
    • Understand product integrations
    • Become fluent in Token software and hardware required to execute live events
    • Engage with Product teams to participate in development and QA testing for on-site applications
  • Clearly communicate progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Be fluent in our shared Project Management tool and a champion of our shared Patron Technology tools
  • Contribute to our knowledge base & documentation on Patron Technology Products & internal processes
  • Share ideas for new features and products and suggest workflow improvements with Implementation Directors; Continuously improve processes and efficiency. 
  • Document and share creative solutions with Implementation and Support teams
  • Liaise with clients and travel onsite to events as needed
  • Travel onsite to events and represent Patron Technology onsite as neede

 

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 1-2 years client-facing project management experience
  • 3+ years experience in the live events and/or SaaS industry
  • Ticketing/Box office experience is a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to confidently interact with clients and professionals of all backgrounds 
  • Ability to self-start and complete tasks independently
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight and weekends
  • Capacity to execute multiple client implementations simultaneously
  • Strong technical and problem solving skills
  • Must be fluent in English. French and/or Spanish language skills a plus
  • Passport required
