What you’ll bring to the team:

At Florence we’re passionate about making it easy for our customers to contribute to research and find cures. As an Implementation Lead you ensure our customers get up and running as efficiently as possible and create raving fans.

You will:

• Partner with customers to understand their internal dynamics and goals
• Collaborate with Florence team members in Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Development, and Product to understand implementation scope
• Work with Implementation Manager to customize configuration, training, and validation to match the customer’s unique workflows while ensuring compliance
• Drive user adoption and engagement to ensure long-term success
• Overcome barriers introduced by customer’s existing software systems to ensure interoperability and process improvement

• Committed to providing white glove service to our users
• Experienced in the field of clinical research 
• Able to analyze problems, find root causes and propose solutions
• Excellent in guiding users step by step down the right path
• Well organized 
• Detail oriented 
• Able to independently manage multiple ongoing projects
• A team player able to interact with other departments
• A holder of a Bachelor’s Degree

We’ll be extra excited if you have experience with:

• Healthcare Technology/Software, particularly with remote SaaS software implementations
• Delivering or Developing Training
• Project Management
