As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.
This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization

About the Team
The Integrated Banking Solutions (IBS) Sales and Services (SAS) Implementations is a uniquely staffed team that is at the forefront of Branch Banking products. The IBS SAS Team manages the full Project Management lifecycle of single application conversions, but also has the technical aptitude to do most of the work as it pertains to client onboarding of our products and services. With over 20 unique products that make up the IBS SAS Suite, our products and services support a financial institution's desire to know more about each consumer, provide security, efficiency and be a leader in the digital age of banking. In addition, this team partners with many FIS partners for seamless product integration of these products. This Implementation team allows for hands-on support of client work as well as Product subject matter expertise and consulting. Any new associate joining this team will be exposed to a multitude of excellent individual learning and team growth opportunities in either the functional, technical, or project management world here at FIS.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be responsible for implementing clients assigned to you. Responsibilities include:

  • Client Onboarding, Entry-level Project Management
  • Maintenance of project documents to include procedures, status, timelines, issues lists, and related artifacts
  • Assist our Implementation teams as a resource during conversion and single application implementations
  • Interaction with numerous FIS teams and outside vendors
  • Work on integration initiatives and new product offerings
  • You will examine processes, forms, reports, and operational needs of customers and complete configuration and transaction workflow documents as the basis for client movement to FIS systems.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree from job discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
