As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.
This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

  • Learn how to work within a corporate environment
  • Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization


*This position is for a June 27th, 2022 start date.
About the Team
The Mass Enablement Team was formed in 2018 to develop processes for quickly implementing and monetizing new products or enhancements to existing products. The team consists of the following personnel:

  • Group Executive (Business or IT) - overseas business development, creation of prospect lists using a proprietary database, development/maintenance of the campaign roadmap, support/oversight on each campaign, and overall leadership of the team.
  • Campaign Strategist (Non-Technical Project Manager) - responsible for planning, executing and reporting each mass enablement campaign.
  • Business Analysts - responsible for creating and maintaining the mass enablement database and the creation of client prospect lists.
  • Business Process Analyst - responsible for creating the campaign wiki site, drafting internal campaign-related communication, tracking campaign results, and assisting the Campaign Strategist with each campaign.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Creating and maintaining campaign Wiki sites
  • Internal campaign communications
  • Assisting with creating and managing client communications
  • Tracking campaign results
  • Creation of client prospect lists
  • Learning how to use all FIS resources that enable us to create client prospect lists or research campaign-related questions


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree from job discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Added Bonus If You Have

  • Skilled at using Microsoft Access and Excel
  • Ability to translate high-level product strategies into internal and client messaging
  • Knowledge of financial services such as Bill Pay, Buy Now Pay Later, Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards, Crypto Currency, Mobile Banking, Mobile Payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay) and P2P Transfers (Apple Cash, Venmo, Zelle).
  • Applying Social Media to products and services used in campaigns
