About the team
eWire is the ideal solution for institutions seeking fully integrated, automated wire transfer processing with the cost advantages and reduced technology overhead associated with ASP delivery. eWire provides real-time integration to the core banking solution and to the Federal Reserve to ensure that your clients' payments are handled securely, promptly, reliably and with unmatched accuracy.
What you will be doing

  • You will serve as the project lead, managing implementation projects for the full lifecycle of the project under close to moderate supervision.
  • Your will work with the client to gather requirements to determine how FIS systems must be configured to meet client needs.
  • Conduct weekly project status meeting with the client.
  • You will conducts train the trainer sessions to instruct and train internal customers (employees) or external customers on changes, new systems, or new procedures.
  • You will provide support to client during conversion which includes answering questions, troubleshooting problems as they occur, support implementation of new procedures, and conducts last minute training if necessary. Reviews the conversion results (reports, balancing of systems, balancing system conversion to associated General Ledger accounts, errors with the customer and obtains client sign-off. Coordinates and directs the completion of post-conversion maintenance potentially including error resolution, system or data changes and balancing adjustments.
  • You may also perform related assigned duties as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
