About the role:
The role for this position will be to learn and be aware of all credit project types, know the platforms and systems used for implementation, and implementations processes. Work with the team managers to ensure project intake, tracking in project databases, and reporting conducted properly across the teams, as well as working with the managers to conduct project database audits. Process and submit project billing monthly and work with the team senior manager and finance to reconcile project billing monthly. Excel expert level, Access Database expert, experience in the use of Sharepoint at and admin level, and VISIO experience all a plus.
What you will be doing:
• Conducting data analysis, product mapping and client interviews to assess data requirements for software utilization.• Creating data maps and transaction workflow documents that show exactly how every field will be converted.• Performing tests to ensure new, customized software meets customer specific needs.• Coordinating and conducting readiness reviews to ensure conversion is proceeding correctly.• Training customers on new systems and procedures.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
Added bonus if you have:
• The ability to translate client requirements to technical specifications and then explain these concepts to customer groups.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent human relations, negotiation and documentation skills.• A bachelor's in business or a related field or the equivalent experience.
