Summary: 

We are looking for TWO (2) Implementation Consultants (IC) who will ensure successful deployments by architecting, configuring, and testing the Rootstock Cloud ERP solution to meet the specific needs of our customers. Responsibilities include consulting on Rootstock product and Salesforce platform functionalities, solution architecture, integrations and APIs with Rootstock, Salesforce Permissions, Automations, Approval Processes, Printed Template Documents, Custom Reporting and Dataloading assistance. 

This is a remote position, based in Europe, preferably in UK, Benelux, Finland or Sweden.

Responsibilities: 

• Deliver high-quality technical services and deliverables to Rootstock customers and to the Rootstock project team to ensure customer success during implementation as well as post-implementation support. 
• Provide proactive application and technical leadership to customers to support the customers’ project tasks on both Rootstock product and the Salesforce platform. 
• Lead business requirements definition phase of the project. Identify and translate customer’s business needs and use cases. 
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the customer’s business processes, through the development of appropriate project artifacts. 
• Demonstrate a deep and thorough knowledge of Rootstock and Salesforce, as well as the creativity to apply knowledge to solve customer business cases. 
• Understand customer requirements defined by professional services team for customer specific customizations. 
• Develop and document the optimum solution designs based on knowledge of Rootstock managed product. 
• Manage customers through their pilot preparation task, version release updates, and pilot testing, culminating in an assessment of customers’ system and operational readiness. 
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers on behalf of Rootstock. 
• Update/maintain skills in the ERP solution and the Salesforce Platform over time. 
• Support pre-sales and sales activities. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent, from an accredited college or university. 
• Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, or other Supply Chain industry required. 
• Working knowledge of operational critical path: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Production, AP/AR. 
• 2-3 years of implementing cloud-based ERP solutions. 
• Ability to manage technical tasks for multiple projects simultaneously and set appropriate priorities between them. 
• Work in a multi-cultural and multi-timezones environment. 
• Salesforce Platform experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of successful deployments as well as customer and team satisfaction. 
• Strong commitment to team success, proactively assisting other team members and/or participating in internal continuous improvement initiatives.
