Eligibility Requirements for the Fall Program:

Current Program Partners will be given first priority and then any remaining seats will be filled with additional applicants.

Must be 18 years old (required).

GED or high school diploma (preferred).

Criminal background check, drug test, and child/adult abuse checks required and provided through QLI (felonies or recent serious misdemeanors will preclude you from a position).

Applicants will be required to provide three references that are not family members.

Must provide a cover letter along with application. Cover letter must include a paragraph describing your motivations to join and goals to achieve during your C.N.A. class at QLI.

Vaccination Requirements:

All team members are required to provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination. If needed, we will provide vaccination at QLI, free of charge.

Annual flu vaccine is required during flu season. If needed, we will provide vaccination at QLI, free of charge.

Work Schedule:

This Fall Program begins Tuesday, September 6th, 2022.

Length of Fall Program: September 6th, 2022 - November 23, 2022 (with option to stay at QLI working after Fall Program ends)

Hours for class will vary between 7am - 4:30pm. We will add in weekend and evening shadowing opportunities as we progress through the program.

Once training is complete, you will work rotating shifts 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. and 3 p.m. - 11 p.m. (including holidays and weekends).

Fall Program positions are paid and full time (40 hours/week). Absences from class will require hours made up in accordance with state regulations.
