HR Project Manager
Who you are:
You are an experienced Project Manager who can lead and implement projects and process improvement efforts across key areas. You possess a strong sense of responsibility and ownership for success.
Getty Images Inc. is looking for a Project Manager that enjoys working through the entire life-cycle of HR projects and takes pride in balancing multiple at a time through to completion. You enjoy leading cross functional HR projects, liaising with the different experts in HR to move HR objectives forward.
You will join an emerging HR Operations team and sit at the intersection of project management and Ops to inform, influence, support and execute on the team’s decisions. You will serve as a key partner to the many areas of focus in the HR Operations model.
The HR Project manager will report to the Director of HR Operations and Project Management.
Your primary goal will be to plan, lead and manage cross-functional, collaborative projects within our HR org. You will have the opportunity to align an organization with a full end-to-end project management process.
You should have a vision for rolling out process, creating a toolkit for consistent requirements gathering, identifying of stakeholders, performing kickoffs, reporting on risks, status updates, and completion of milestones.
Your Next Challenge:
- Bring knowledge of project scoping, prioritization methods, and solution options for business partners in accordance with their vision and goals focused on business value.
- Coordinate a departmental or cross-functional team and activities and monitors the project from initiation through delivery, including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.
- Prepared to tackle the task of managing small to large projects with competing deadlines.
- Thoughtfully communicates risk, tradeoffs, status, and targets for delivery in a timely and adaptive fashion.
- Can filter leaderships thoughts and visions into actionable items.
- Communicates with partners as priorities shift and deliverables are impacted, obtains consensus on new timelines and deliverables.
- Works with business partners to understand and translate goals and objectives into results.
- Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicting information, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from detail-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from underlying true needs.
What You'll Need:
- 3-5 years relevant experience in project management, process improvement or business analysis for business operations.
- Ability to understand complex business operations and systems functionality
- You can independently execute on a project, from conceptualization to delivery to business partners, and can pro-actively interact with others at Getty Images to access necessary resources or data.
- Ability to influence without authority
- Champions a spirit of collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to manage change in end to end processes
- Accountable for the quality of deliverables, and works directly with partners to iterate as required
- Self-starter relating to tasks, requests, and documentation
- Proven track record of successful project management through on time and on-budget delivery of planned scope

- Demonstrate appropriate time management
- Able to adjust quickly to shifting priorities
- Able to manage multiple priorities along with special projects
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing and interpreting data to support business decisions and to provide insight into future initiatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
- Strong critical thinking and business problem solving skills
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills and ability to communicate to all levels of people within the organization
- Project leadership and organization skills to transform ideas into successful execution while being capable of driving complex projects across multiple groups within tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with all levels of the organization
- A blend of business, data analysis and technical skills
- Proven documentation and organization skills
Nice To Have:
- PMP or other project management or business analysis certification.
- Experience with ClickUp or other project management/workflow tool is a plus

We partner with Meritain (An Aetna Company), and CVS Caremark to provide you with two options for medical coverage - a POS plan and an HSA-qualified (Health Savings Account) Plan.
