 About Us:

Chief is looking for candidates with significant experience in (1) executive coaching, (2) group facilitation, and (3) leadership development,  who frequently work with senior executives to be part of our Guides program. 

Chief Guides partner with Chief to support members in powerful personal transformation, primarily through our peer group model, Core. Core Groups drive powerful personal transformation through a group-based experience to unpack challenges, foster deep connections, and accelerate members’ leadership capacity by providing a confidential and supportive space to brainstorm, problem-solve, strategize, and recharge in the company of trusted equals.

Our Guides are dedicated to helping each Core Group address their leadership needs over the course of their journey. Guides have significant experience (5 - 15 years) in executive coaching, group facilitation, and leadership development, and frequently work with senior executives.

We also connect Guides to a community of 300+ fellow executive coaches, provide programming, and give access to Chief’s line up of leadership development events.

Please note: This is not a full-time role. Guides are 1099 contractors who have flexibility and control over their schedules and can dedicate a portion of their time to working with Chief.

We also had 3 winners that are were celebrated for living all of our values, who were awarded $1500 cash plus a $1500 donation to a charity of their choice. The awards were presented at Chiefchella.

In addition to the section on Nonprofit partnerships, we have many partnerships that engaged our Chief team and members to donate to causes that In 2022, after the Supreme Court’s decision on reproductive rights, Chief committed to donating $250,000 to organizations who give access to care. These included Planned Parenthood, National Abortion Foundation, NARAL ProChoice America and others.
