WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
The mission of the Global Go to Market (GTM) Enablement team is to ensure Box's customer-facing roles have the knowledge and training they need to be successful. That means ensuring our new hires (both internal and external) across the GTM organizations have a best in class onboarding experience, ongoing product knowledge and skill building programs, and the tools, process, and resources required to execute in their roles. This role focuses on AE enablement and is critical in ensuring a successful and consistent onboarding journey for the closing sales roles (Account Executives) we support, and helping them to efficiently achieve ramp and business impact.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own AE new hire onboarding including: facilitation, content creation, processes, practices, metrics tracking, and tools needed to enable commercial success. This will be a combination of live virtual session, as well as self-paced content in our LMS.
Deliver enablement programs on key sales tools and skills
Coordinate with global teams to promote consistent methodologies with regional or segment focus where needed
Build cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders across sales segments - SMB, MidMarket, Enterprise, and Renewals
Work collaboratively with sales leaders to scope knowledge / skill gaps and build programs that deliver measurable results
Proactively identify opportunities for enablement and up-skilling
Support global GTM Enablement programs as needed, including annual kickoff, product and program launches, offsites
Define, design, and deliver scalable programs to decrease ramp time, increase productivity, and up level sales performance
Assist in the measurement of enablement programs, including onboarding success metrics and improvements seen from the rollout and execution of programs
Communicate regular progress/status and learnings to key stakeholders in GTM Enablement & Sales Leadership
WHO YOU ARE
3+ years of enablement or similar experience (eg. L&D, training, curriculum building, sales). Closing experience is preferred
Deep experience within a SaaS organization and understanding of an enterprise sales motion
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
Experience developing and launching best in class training curriculum and programs - both live and online formats
Highly motivated, self-starter, problem solving attitude
Team player
Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills, both written and oral
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work efficiently
Ability to work cross-functionally (up and across), and to proactively and confidently engage and influence stakeholders across the business
Strong program management skills, with demonstrated ability to own a project from ideation to execution
Familiarity with common sales tools and methodologies
