Job Description As a member of the Global Technology Product & Agility Office, you will play a key role in transitioning JPMorgan Chase & Co. to a product-aligned, customer-centric, agile-delivery software development organization. JPMC is embarking upon a large transformation program sponsored by our Global CIO across all Enterprise Platforms affecting how 18K employees work together to deliver value to the firm.
As a member of our Program Management team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, improving and developing technology solutions that drive our strategic goals. You'll work closely with colleagues across the firm to identify, quantify and realize value of proposed and implemented product operating model solutions. In addition, you will articulate business value with concise, focused messaging and effectively execute all value based activities in a benefits realization process. Just as importantly, you'll work with your team to set goals, foster collaboration and promote the values, culture and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.

  • Influencing customers and stakeholders in the transformation, whilst ensuring needs within the goals and timescales established
  • continuously improving delivery across the complex technology ecosystem through people, process and system changes
  • working with senior leaders and stakeholders to meet expectations and guiding them to the right solutions as needed through a product mindset and approach


This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • A strong understanding of at least one business function in the firm, as well as a broader understanding of other areas
  • Proficiency in business applications, data usage and management
  • Ability to liaison between lines of business and the program management team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your team
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
  • Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills focused on transformation and promoting delivery of business value

About the Team The Chief Technology Office oversees enabling components inclusive of the top quality engineering and architecture tools and practices, key program management and processes as well as the technology workforce strategy required to make us a leading technology company for our customers, clients and colleagues around the world.
