Job Description:
As part of Global Technology Chief Operating Office, the Global Technology Resiliency & Business Continuity (GRBC) team drives consistent, end-to-end unified business processes across the enterprise. The GRBC team directly impacts the firm's ability to achieve and sustain technology resiliency and recovery, ensuring effective coordination of planning, testing, exercise, and
governance.

  • The Business Analyst/Project Manager position will be an individual contributor on the Technology Resiliency Strategy & Design team for GRBC.
  • Key responsibilities include managing critical strategic projects, working with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, capturing and refining business and/or system requirements and then working closely with the Product Owners to refine the requirements into specifications that can be executed by the team.
  • Individuals in this hybrid role must be able to set and continually manage project expectations with management, team members and stakeholders and succinctly present progress as well as issues as well as the ability to identify changing priorities within the projects.


Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Understanding and applying the art of Project Management/ Business Analysis
  • Experience managing large projects/work efforts
  • Experience working with multiple LOB's, horizontal projects, technical operations
  • Experience in delivering technical projects from Proof of concept through Production
  • Self-motivated and quick learner who can take the full ownership of assignments/projects, understand, and identify dependencies, and manage to delivery
  • Ability to identify and mitigate potential issues and new dependencies quickly identifying alternatives to solve, and with little to no impact to the team or the project.
  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial as well as time management skills.
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong experience with Agile/waterfall methodologies in implementing complex technical solutions/projects
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, WIKI, PPRT, Visio, MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Create and maintain test scripts/cases and experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Create, maintain, and present training materials for end-users.
  • Business requirements management and design /development of technical solutions
  • Business process mapping and design including experience with design tools
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and other business processes to form ideas and fix problems
  • Experience managing financial aspects during the project life cycle
  • Executive level reporting and presentations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to adjust the message based on the audience
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
