Program Director - Data Space Experience, New York

The Team:
As part of the Go To Market Organization , you will be responsible for the most exclusive C-Level customer engagement platform at Celonis that we call "Data Space". The Data Space platform is the highest level of 1:1 engagement that we offer to our most exclusive customers.
Every time a customer is welcomed into these environments, we are delivering a unique and memorable experience where we can shape the future together.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the overall "run" and management of the newly created Data Space platform. You will be ultimately responsible and accountable for the success and growth of the data space platform as well as the related growth KPI (customer satisfaction, closing rate, customer experience scores, ACV Impacted, etc..).
The work you'll do:

• You will have the ultimate accountability for the execution of the Data Space platform
• Report the Data Space performance to the GTM senior leadership team
• Work closely with the innovation strategist on continuous improvement of best practices and excellent memorable experience delivery
• Work closely with the Celonis Labs and Design Office departments to continuously add new innovative showcases and prototypes into the Data Space
• Establish a strong working relationship with the C-Level Chief of Staff team
• Take learnings from the different locations (Munich and New York) and work on continuous improvement

The qualifications you need: Previous experience in leading programs as program manager or program director

• Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
• Have the ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies like Waterfall, Kanban, Lean or Six Sigma
• Strong quantitative and qualitative reporting skills
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have excellent presentation and creativity skills
• Are willing to travel
• Obtained a BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a quantitative base
• Previous experience in consulting is strongly preferred
