Responsibilities

How Will You Contribute to the Company?

The Global Partner Program Manager is a well-rounded individual who has excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, financial/analytical and social skills. This critical role will implement strategy that aligns partner programs with the organization's business objectives and goals. The Partner Program Manager should be capable of communicating to executives in both formal and informal scenarios. Able to effectively escalate and manage program level issues and effectively align execution timing, and objectives to support the partner program. This role requires the ability to embrace transformation trends supporting technology and execution strategies as appropriate. Channel is the go to market at Cradlepoint. As such, partner programs and our ability to ramp and leverage partners reach and scale is critical to the company's success. The Programs Team drives partner program strategy and structure which enable growth initiatives and win / wins with a future forward focus.

What Will You Do?

  • Manage planning and execution of program strategies of company initiatives whilst collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with Product/Sales to develop and launch Partner Promotions
  • Drive internal processes to evaluate the program execution
  • Operationalize the delivery of global partner programs and identify the measures of success
  • Collaborate with marketing to build channel partner, and internal, program documents to clearly identify the benefits, terms and conditions, rules of engagement, and marketing collateral that supports programs globally
  • Operationalize the delivery of global partner programs and identify the measures of success
  • Manage and track partner program performance, efficiency and trends
  • Create and execute key programs that support growth incentive, including the pre-sales and post-sales incentive structure to drive Partners adoption and scale
  • Drive and lead the partner journeys and identify objectives to identify priority opportunities that reflect Cradlepoint's partner experience



Qualifications

  • 10+ years Sales and/or Channel experience with enterprise networking technologies
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing global partner programs for multiple routes to market including Service Provider, MSPs and VARs Bachelor's degree required
  • Knowledge of LTE, 5G, WLAN, and Bluetooth wireless technologies a plus
  • Experience with Cloud and SaaS platforms, subscription based packaging and recurring revenue models
  • The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of business acumen, sales operations experience, financial acumen, influencing skills and operational implementation
  • Proactive self-starter with a proven track record for getting things done in a high growth, fast paced environment
  • Experience defining KPIs and measuring to those goals
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and work collaboratively across organizations
  • Creative thinking, flexibility, and adaptability, with the ability to bring new ideas and approaches, as well as the ability to tailor the approach to meet business requirements and pivot as business
