Global Partner Program Manager - Partner Success

Overview:

  • Seeking a result-oriented leader to build a strong Partner Program for next generation Blue Yonder partner program for the Cloud for System Integrators (SI), Resellers and Independent Software Vendors (ISV) worldwide.


Scope:

  • Responsible to define and implement policies and strategies for next generation "Easy to Do Business with BY" Business processes working with Sales, Sales Operations, Legal and other functions.
  • Analyze financial data from Salesforce/SOLD to create meaningful reports
  • Lead and manage growing team to implement internal processes to make it easier for Partners to do business with BY.
  • Identify and lead the implementation of new, innovative methods for improving operational excellence.
  • Champion and manage a collaborative workstream with Partner Sales Centers in all regions, identifying opportunity gaps and develop a new, centralized learning experience.
  • Define Partner Program roadmap, work with multiple stakeholders (marketing, IT, Finance and PSC) to deliver and monitor various initiatives



What we are looking for:

  • Managerial experience with sales and operations
  • Strong communications skills to promote partner initiatives internally
  • Led strategies in high performing companies operating at scale
  • Consistent track record of exceptional performance, delivering qualifiable impact on company revenue
  • Extensive experience in core Project Management skills including, planning, scheduling, reporting, resource management, risk management, dependencies, scope, time quality & budget
  • Excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Business Operations processes and systems (sales cycle, salesforce.com, reporting, forecasting, territory management and sales quotas)
  • Compelling storyteller with a strategic and analytical mindset who can effectively communicate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization-with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to detect patterns, interpret data, and make decisions based on multiple factors, using MS Excel.
  • Ability to think strategically, work effectively in ambiguous situations and respond favorably to change, execute effectively, work under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • High-performer - demonstrated ability to effectively manage, prioritize and drive results through others within a context of multiple competing priorities
  • Proactive and solution-oriented when managing issues
  • Excellent organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience



What you'll do:

  • Partner Program
    • Define and implement strategy for next generation Blue Yonder partner program for the Cloud for SIs, Resellers and ISVs.
    • Responsible for the partner global inventory management.
    • Define and implement next generation "Easy to Do Business with BY" Business processes working with Sales, Sales Operations, Legal and other functions
    • Define transition plan from the existing partner program (primarily on-prem-based) to cloud-based; ensure Partner satisfaction during the transition.
    • Define policy for mandatory sales training L1 (Sales).
    • Define incentives for partners to bring us leads.
    • Define the Partner Welcome Sales kit content (i.e. sales preso, Swot's, ROI's, battle cards, cheat sheet) per solution.
    • Define policy/process for "Environments 365" Program.
    • Plan and organize the "Partner Conversation Corner" sessions - 1xQ.
    • Support Marketing team with the Partner Advisory Board - 2xYear.
    • Provide best-in-class information and analysis through BI tools.
    • Lead and consolidate the new Partner Portal project.
    • Lead Partner Program requirements and discussions with IT Dept (ITG).
    • Act as Partner Portal Product Manager



  • Manager for associates responsible for:
    • Main POC with Legal Department regarding legal items (i.e. due diligence, new contracts content, etc).
    • Work with regional legal teams to help push contract simplification and technology program related items.
    • Manage the Partner Portal communication, requirements & tickets.
    • Enhancements on Partner Portal (i.e. workflow creations & segmentation).
    • Prepare Partner Communications about new initiatives
    • Report creations upon request.
    • Responsible for update and generation of documents
