Job Description
What you will be doing:

  • Drive program from vision/strategy into implementation through leadership of cross-functional team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple complex projects and work efforts simultaneously while delivering high quality work product throughout the life cycle of each project
  • Communicate project status across all levels of the organization, including Executive stakeholders and clients
  • Understand and effectively leverage best practice change management methods, tools and approaches to create an effective change plan to manage key change risks associated with deploying projects and deriving a return on investment
  • Track and manage multiple project or workstreams, financial and business metrics and success criteria throughout the program's duration
  • Partner with the Business/functional teams to ensure that the definition, documentation, measurement, maintenance and ownership of key business processes are clearly defined
  • Act as agent of change across the company to drive key change initiatives across the business to improve processes
  • Proactively identify and manage specific issues, risks, and conflicts and work with all stakeholders, for proper action and intervention
  • Define, establish & communicate a detailed project plan together with agreed timelines, identifying critical milestones, interdependencies and risks
  • Strategic and end-to-end process thinker, with proven experience in leading transformational change programs
  • Ability to distill complex problems and propose, communicate and drive solutions
  • Defines, maintains and enhances global enterprise delivery to support business objectives, strategic development roadmap and client business needs.
  • Designs, enhances and implements practice offering to support specific client requirements and address market opportunities.
  • Consults with sales, account management and client on the appropriate business solutions to meet specific client requirements and strategic business needs.
  • Consults with clients on the most strategic technology projects within a practice area.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders, e.g., product management, development, sales, and senior management to define and support assigned practice area.
  • Nurtures relationships, defines consulting engagements to support relationship needs and sells the initiative.
  • Maintains quality client relationships with both internal and external clients to gain referrals for new clients and achieve excellent client satisfaction and client loyalty.
  • Identifies business process improvements for increased efficiency and enhanced client experience.
  • Ensures delivery practice provides industry thought leadership.
  • Mentors and develops resources to grow delivery practice knowledge among services organization.
  • Researches and resolves critical issues related to project in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provides technical and business domain expertise.


What you bring:

  • Project Management experience and capabilities for both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
  • Experience with leading complex compliance and regulatory initiatives preferred
  • 8+ years of program management or equivalent experience with significant leadership accountabilities
  • Financial/business modeling and analysis skills
  • Proven experience in change management leading large, complex, transformational projects under challenging timelines
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable benefits to an organization, successfully executing to milestones and commitments
  • Highly experienced using MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Rally or equivalent Agile tools, and other standard applications
  • Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree a plus
  • Project Management or equivalent certification(s) a plus
  • Knowledge of Payments or Financial Services industries a plus
