Introduction
This internal consulting role coordinates the global security consulting programs which includes assessments, strategy development, planning, development, and deployment to operations. The coordination responsibilities include asset development and curation, technical web and content management design, deployment, and maintenance, as well as support services and governance.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Experience within a client consulting environment (delivery lifecycle and deliverable quality) is essential to understanding and managing the assets being developed and maintained. This role will manage the program objectives and results to a plan and will report bi-weekly progress. Additionally, internal consulting projects may be assigned periodically, either individually or as part of a team in support of the larger organizational requirements. This role requires prior consulting experience within IBM GBS and / or with Big-4 / Tier-1 consulting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan, manage and report on global consulting programs.
  • Manage the global assets program's objectives and plans to performance metrics.
  • Develop new and manage existing global consulting initiatives and projects (under the program).
  • Develop and maintain global program portals, tools/interfaces and content platform.
  • Develop and maintain global program policies and processes.
  • Produce and distribute weekly, semi-monthly, quarterly and annual reports.


If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position 102,000 to 197,000 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 6 to 8 yrs. IBM GBS or Big-4 / Tier-1 consulting (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte).
  • 6 to 8 yrs. Client strategy or management consulting delivery experience.
  • 3 to 5 yrs. Client consulting program management experience.
  • Technical web, content and file interface and management systems.
  • Strong communications, technical writing, and content creation experience, specifically with PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

  • Strategy consulting (e.g. GBS, GTS, Accenture).
  • Management consulting.
  • Security consulting.
  • Technology and process transformation.
  • Solution architecture and design.
