GIS Program Manager

We're looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission by changing the face of GIS Data Analysis.

As a GIS Program Manager, you'll work with a team of analysts and developers to extract meaning and context from Vector data. Using resources like ESRI Sof tware you'll develop new ways to find patterns and connections to answer your customer's needs. You'll design geospatial solutions for priorities like infrastructure, topography, human geography, and intelligence. Your visualization skills will come in handy as you build maps and product to make sure decision makers have the timely information they need. You'll share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as we work through challenges and develop workflows. This is an opportunity to broaden your skillset into areas like facility management and environmental liability while developing products to improve Army National Guard Facilities. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience with DoD, Army, or ARNG geospatial programs
  • 5+ years of experience with managing geospatial te chn ology projects
  • Knowledge of ESRI Portal organizing and authoring content
  • Ability to c ond uct geospatial project analysis using ESRI Sof tware
  • Ability to implementing Data Models or standardized GIS data formats
  • Ability to support project management responsibilities related ESRI
  • Ability to lead a team and develop innovative solutions
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a GIS, Cartography, Engineering, or Architecture field

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with SDSFIE 4.0 and SDSFIE migration
  • Knowledge of Army or Military Real Property data structure
  • Knowledge of Master Planning, military Installation Management
  • Ability to develop ESRI Portal approach for a diverse user group

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
