Seeking a Program Manager to support and manage the transformative V-BAT Fleet of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems.
What you'll do:
- Manage the inventory and configuration of V-BAT Fleet aircraft
- Coordinate aircraft allocation schedules across the organization
- Define future aircraft demand and work with the Production, Prototype, and Engineering Development teams to successfully deliver equipment on schedule
- Determine, plan, and ensure execution of maintenance or upgrade actions to keep aircraft flying
- Develop tools to track aircraft information, including flight hours, status, configuration, asset location, and utilization
- Coordinate Engineering and Maintenance support to ensure safe and efficient flight operations
- Manage sustainment initiatives to include electronic logbooks, bulletins or technical order development, and fleet upgrades/betterments
- Support all Program and other cross-functional organizations by providing data, dashboards, and reports to quantify and provide recommendations to improve V-BAT fleet performance
- Hands-on management of other projects/programs
- Steward programs and projects to help manage the V-BAT product line’s life cycle
- Track and report budget, resource, and project management standard metrics
- Hands-on oversight of project plans, scope, schedule, and management
- Establish and lead a consistent cadence of well-organized, well-facilitated, and effective meetings, including driving all preparation and follow-up activities
- Identify potential bottlenecks or delays in programs and drive efforts to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Support an environment where accountability and program execution excellence are core
- Set up and run integrated project team meetings

Required qualifications:
- Project Management experience, including managing schedules, budget, resources, and multidisciplinary teams of engineers.
- Experience with aviation maintenance and operations.
- Experience with Fleet management, including coordinating work across multiple departments.
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
- Significant experience and excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent skills in leadership, time management, organization, team management.
- Ability to run advanced projects/programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects, in a manner that is largely self-directed.
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written ability.
- Detailed understanding of project financials
- BS in Engineering or Equivalent Field
- You have a demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in field of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).
- Experience in maintenance management software implementation (e.g. MRO) and data exploitation.
- Experience in managing an aviation sustainment program.
- Aviation training, logistics, operations, and maintenance.
- Experience managing integrated software and hardware research and development projects.
- Competency in both waterfall and agile project processes.
- MS in Engineering or equivalent field
