monday.com is looking for a passionate project manager who will own the management and delivery of a variety of cross department projects and events. In this role, you will serve as a project lead and enabler for many events in diverse business aspects such as company offsites, trade shows, and meetups. The ideal candidate is able to independently carry out projects from concept to execution and is experienced in utilizing data to make decisions. 


About The Role:

  • Owner of North American events, conferences, offsites, and meetups
  • Promote and produce exciting, high quality events in a dynamic, tech environment
  • Manage multiple events and projects simultaneously including both online, offline, and hybrid event formats
  • Partner and collaborate with team members from Consulting, Partnerships, Customer Success, Marketing, Design, and Operations in order to facilitate, produce, and deliver successful events
  • Work together with domestic and international teams in Tel Aviv, Sydney, London, and additional worldwide partners
  • Monitor, track, and report on KPI’s such as goals, budgets, timelines, and impact
  • Source event vendors, manage vendor negotiations and relationships over time


  • Exceptional project and time management skills
  • Self-driven, fast learner able to thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment 
  • Proven experience with running functional, engaging, high quality events in online, in person, and hybrid formats
  • 4+ years of corporate events experience hosting 100 - 1000 event participants
  • Strategic, data driven hands on approach to planning, problem solving, and execution
  • Superior verbal and communication skills with the ability to work fluently and confidently in English across multiple time zones and communication channels
  • Ability to travel up to 40% to execute in person events
  • Team management – an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point) and Google Suite - must. PM tools & ERP proficiency - an advantage.
