We're looking for an Events & Partnerships Manager to help us bring our products to market.  This is an exciting opportunity to build the strategy for Events at Hologram from the ground up. You’ll own the events process from beginning to end to run seamless events to drive lead generation and create awareness of the Hologram brand. You’ll be a project manager, cross functionally collaborating with Sales, Design and Product Marketing to execute campaigns aligned with industry verticals. You’ll champion the Hologram brand in person and virtually at the events and collaborate with sales to build a strong presence. 

About This Role

What you'll do:

  • Building virtual and in-person event strategy for conferences and webinars including identifying, negotiating and planning all aspects of event sponsorships. 
  • Collaborate Cross functionally with Content, Product Marketing and Sales team to develop robust conference strategy
  • Own the events process from beginning to end to run seamless events through project management, representation and execution of Hologram presence at industry conferences. 
  • Act as an extension of the Sales team with messaging to customers and lead quantification at events
  • Manage relationships with external vendors for full understanding of event audience, and end to end interaction with vendor
  • Optimize lead flow and opportunity creation from events and webinars
  • Collaborate with Hologram Subject Matter Experts to engage partner sponsors for thought leadership and speaking opportunities
  • Operate within budget and be able to tie marketing cost to lead generation
  • Collaboration with Demand Generation, Sales & Lifecycle Marketing to build integrated marketing campaigns before and after conferences

Helpful skills and experience:

  • 5+ years experience in marketing at B2B tech company or field marketing experience in tech industry 
  • Ability to evaluate conference value and build an event framework aligned to conference needs. 
  • Experience creating successful events defined by representing Hologram's brand to increase awareness and driving leads from events that convert to new customers. 
  • Project Management experience to build an events framework, communicate needs and deadlines cross functionally in order to successfully complete event tasks on time. 
  • Excellent organizational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to keep track of both the high-level progress and small details to produce flawless events.
  • Knowledge of aspects of publisher sponsorships including onsite and digital channels so as to negotiate sponsorships in context, resulting in strong sponsorship package value and ability to show marketing ROI on lead goals. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation tools to assess campaign effectiveness to meet opportunity goals.
  • Ability to travel to execute event set up, tear down and to manage Hologram representation at the booth, aligned with Hologram awareness goals.
