About the role:
You will be responsible for the management and optimization of the FPT Tool short term and long term CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Oracle System. Requires strong knowledge of business process, project management skills and extensive experience designing and managing systems.
About the team:
This team consist of Pricing Coordinators who are responsible for creating pricing proposals. The development team consists of Business Analysts and Programmers who are responsible for managing the design related to new/updated products, development, testing, and identifying gaps for processing/performance improvement initiatives of the Pricing Tool and CPQ system.
What you will be doing?
- Strong management skills to manage development queue projects which average 40+ per month along with 2 direct programmers as direct reports.
- Manage and drive the end-to end implementation and ongoing support of the CPQ, applications or software within the company.
- Ensure the solution meets user requirements and establish a clear support model. Work in collaboration with Sales, Finance, IT Business Applications, Information security and other teams to develop, deploy, manage, and drive implementation of the CPQ solution.
- Consulting with business units to determine ERP requirements, performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues
- Designing user-friendly interfaces and functionalities
What you will need:
Proficiency in a range of skills (full suite of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel (advanced create formulas), Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Web Conferencing. Cloud based Oracle Configuration Pricing Quote Systems.
- Test functionality based on specification documents
- Perform diagnostic test and resolving issues (attention to detail)
- Able to demonstrate experience working within ERP, project management, or business administration, as well as in-depth knowledge of relevant programming languages.
- 5 - 10 Years of experience minimum
