About the Role:
As an Epicor Consultant, you will participate in consulting engagements and assume responsibility for performing implementation tasks and producing quality deliverables for some of the most functionality-rich ERP products in the market today. You will work with your Consulting Manager to organize and control tasks within the work plan, and take a leadership position on small project teams and small engagements. You will become a trusted growth partner with our customers, working alongside them on an independent basis for short-term engagements with little supervision. You will also contribute to a larger implementation team, taking the lead as a subject matter expert in your functional area when required.
What You'll Do:

• Provide guidance to the PS team through proactive training, sharing knowledge, and communicating best practices.
• Interact with members of cross-functional teams
• Coordinate all aspects of a project for a client
• Responsible for overall delivery of schedule, budget deliverables
• Determine direction, timelines, schedules and activities for an area of the project
• Establish solid working relationships through the management level.
• Possess accurate estimating skills for various project tasks
• Ensure all deliverables in area of responsibility is delivered on time and on budget.
• Provide guidance to other Professional Services Consultants and clients
• Focus on managing complex programs/projects
• Develop best practices and associated documentation
• Available to speak at conferences or events

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 7+ years applicable manufacturing , supply chain , and/or manufacturing experience, and/or demonstrated success/knowledge
• 5+ years consulting, business application training or customer support experience in the software industry required
• ERP software experience is required
• Previous experience with manufacturing software required
• Knowledge of Epicor's enterprise applications preferred
• Effective teaching, excellent verbal/written communication skills and PC skills required
• A valid driver's license and passport
• Ability and availability for overnight travel throughout North America as this position requires 25-40% overnight travel

• Bachelors degree - Business, MIS, IS, Education or related degree
• Experience with Prophet 21 or Epicor E10 is preferred
• Understanding of carriers' requirements and deep knowledge shipping processes
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Experience in consulting
• Strong trouble-shooting abilities
• Ability to collaborate internally with support and product development
