Why This Role Is Important To Arcadia
Arcadia's applications are used by thousands of physicians, nurses, and support staff across the country - designed with the explicit purpose of improving outcomes for millions of patients and reducing the cost of healthcare nationally. As the dynamic space of population health continues to rapidly evolve, we need leaders who are ready and excited to deliver transformative products to our customers.
This team and this company are in the midst of solving one of the most important problems of our time alongside leading healthcare organizations. If that challenge speaks to your passionate side and the idea of being in the trenches with us fuels the fire inside you, join us. We're making healthcare smarter, more efficient, and straight up better.
The Enterprise Implementation Manager leads Arcadia's engagement with our most strategic customers. The role is responsible for ownership of an implementation, including working closely with the leads of nationally renowned health systems and health plans to configure, deploy, and operationalize a complex and powerful population health platform to drive data-fueled operations for our customers.
The ideal candidate is a highly capable project leader, eager to solve healthcare's biggest problems and driven by the opportunity to impact patient outcomes at scale. Our enterprise customers work to integrate dozens and hundreds of data sources into a state-of-the-art data and analytics platform that empowers analytics teams to better understand their organizations' patient populations and equips front-line care teams to engage and treat patients. We are seeking passionate individuals who love technology and are excited by the prospect of delivering solutions that impact patient care.
What Success Looks Like
Your first three months will focus on learning about our platform, our industry, and how our implementations work. As part of your onboarding, you'll complete a series of training sessions and discussions about the data we integrate, how we implement connectors and modules, and the way that customers use our tools. As you ramp up on our work, you'll join an account team and start to take ownership of implementation workstreams like integration initiatives. You'll start to engage with our leading customers, routinely engaging in working sessions and discussions and contributing the implementation progress.
Six months in, you'll know the ins and outs of our technical implementation process and demonstrate knowledge of your customer's data asset. You'll be managing multiple components of the implementation, responsible for the day-to-day work for implementing connectors at the right level data quality and partnering with our application enablement teams to configure modules to support customer requirements.
By the end of your first year, you'll be independently leading implementations from contract signature to go live, including all aspects of developing an implementation plan, managing project status, handling risks and issues, and coordinating across teams to deliver a successful implementation of our platform. You'll be contributing to implementation process improvement initiatives, using your experience to evolve our best practices and improving tools and documentations and supporting new hires.
What You'll Be Doing
    • Enterprise Implementation Managers are responsible for the delivery of our implementation activities, coordinating work across teams at Arcadia, and partnering with customers to evolve their usage of our platform. Our team members run large, complex implementation programs designed to accelerate our customers' path to value. We help customer leaders flesh out their objectives, guide them through the nuances of their data, and lead work amongst technical, operational, and analytics teams to deliver world-class solutions to highly knowledgeable organizations.
    • At the start of an implementation, you'll be establishing engagement goals, priorities, and timelines to build out a detailed project plan oriented around customer objectives. As the work continues, you'll be managing workstreams including the development and validation of data integrations, the configuration of modules to align to the customers' context, and training and rollout activities. You'll be managing tasks on a day-to-day basis, building a cohesive team of technical resources and customers leaders to drive collaboration and progress.
    • Throughout the process, you'll be educating customer resources and stakeholders on Arcadia's technical implementation processes, product architecture and functionality, and best practices around complex healthcare data integration and platform usage to drive quality improvement, analyze and manage cost and utilization, and improve risk adjustment accuracy.
    • As challenges come up, you'll be the first point of defense. You'll work with your customers to flesh out complex technical problems and design solutions that leverage Arcadia's products and services, engaging Arcadia's subject matter experts to vet potential approaches. You'll be on point for understanding what your customer is looking for, and how a potential solution will support their full scope of operations.
    • You'll be responsible for leading customer communications, engaging with skilled technical resources on implementation tasks as well as the clinical and operational leaders of highly impactful organizations. In working directly with a range of customer resources, you'll break down complex concepts around data structures and platform architecture to help them understand how the progress our team is making enables their objectives.
    • You'll work closely with Arcadia's leadership across Operations, Engineering, and Product to provide status updates on the team's progress and the customer's level of satisfaction. You'll pull on us to help out, escalating issues and risks and asking for support whenever you need it.
    • This position may call for occasional travel to meet with customer and Arcadia teams.

What You'll Bring
    • You should have at least three years leading account implementation processes in the software or technology arena in healthcare, preferably with claims and clinical data integration. You've been the primary owner of a large implementation and know what it takes to make it successful; you have a strong project management skillset and manage day-to-day technical work while tracking how the work aligns with the customer's timelines and business objectives.
    • You have extensive healthcare experience, including industry knowledge of population health and value-based care required, including the ability to master an in-depth understanding of our solutions, client strategic context, and industry trends to effectively advise clients as a trusted advisor in leveraging our data asset and platform.
    • You have strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to create powerful materials in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. You're comfortable leading client meetings with executive, operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders, ensuring each understands your message and engages effectively.
    • You have strong problem solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and you know how to foster a team atmosphere with project team members, including remote coworkers.
    • You won't be writing code on a day-to-day basis, but you'll be working closely with those who do and will need to quickly understand our data architecture. We'd love for you to come with experience with data aggregation and analysis with EHR and claims data, including experience with Tableau, QlikView, and SQL.

    • Supporting customers focused on pulling healthcare tech into the modern era, you'll work with the best minds in healthcare, solving the most challenging data problems.
    • You'll work in a collaborative team with decades of collective experience in population health, data quality, management, and analysis. You'll be part of a mission-drive company that is transforming the healthcare industry by changing the way patients receive care.
    • We're a flexible, remote-friendly company passionate about solving healthcare's biggest problems.

An Insider's view of Arcadia

What's something quirky about your company?

Arcadia's Got Talent (AGT) is an annual talent show that I won last year. The best part about AGT was that it encouraged me to work on something I am passionate about outside of work. All of the entries were amazing & I think it's really awesome that the company does things to bring people together and celebrate our passions outside of the office.

Engineering Manager

What does your typical day look like?

Every day is a little bit different, which I really love and helps keep me engaged! Most days I have a combination of phone screens and meetings with my hiring managers or team. I also help manage a lot of our brand partnerships that have projects through out the year and play a part in helping construct Arcadia's company culture as we scale.

Talent Acquisition Manager

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

When I first came to Arcadia, I was the only person in my department, filling a brand-new role. In my 8 years here, my career has grown rapidly. I am now a Sr Manager of a department of 9, building the auditing program from the ground up and am known as a go-to person within the Value Based Care Services

Director, Contractual Oversite and Performance

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

It's as easy as making time. I meet with my team members for one on ones to understand where their stressors are. Sometimes it's personal and I support with flexibility, time, or PeopleOps other times it's professional and these I tactically work with the team to coach or intervene.

Director, Engineering

How does the company support your career growth?

Arcadia is incredibly generous when it comes to career growth. I receive regular mentorship from my manager and leadership team. I also have a continuing education stipend that I use to take courses and attend conferences to further my skillset. My career path is mapped out and regularly adjusted with my professional interests and personal growth.
