Position Overview:

As the Enablement Program Specialist, you will help plan, manage and execute training and enablement initiatives for our Sales and Customer Success teams. This role will support training and enablement programs including our New Hire Onboarding Program, Continuous Education, as well as on-demand enablement resources.


In this role, you will:

  • Manage appropriate enablement program details to employees including training objectives, duration, date/time, and any pre-work/post-work information
  • Design and develop training materials that best fits the needs of the audience and content (includes online, classroom, virtual instructor-led training and blended learning).
  • Use learning and business metrics to perform needs analyses and evaluate program results to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
  • Manage the creation of high-quality learning modules that provide product information, best practices, self-paced learning modules, video creation, scripts and more
  • Own the content curation and management of our e-learning software, MindTickle
  • Manage the content curation and strategy of HighSpot
  • Partner with HR to align Go-To-Market Onboarding objectives with company-wide onboarding plans


You will have:

  • Experience or knowledge developing videos and multi-media presentations (using PowerPoint, video software such as Camtasia, and e-learning software such as MindTickle)
  • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail, with consistent follow-up practices
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Strong Process/Project Management mindset

Ideally, you will have:

  • Familiarity with sales tools like CRM (Quickbase, Salesforce), Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, HighSpot
